Infraction Procedure

Let's work together and get this problem resolved.

We will complete a new intake form upon your initial conversation with our office. You will then be either mailed or emailed a fee agreement contract. Please review, sign, and return to our office before the listed due date. Also include a copy of your ticket and any other information received from the court. Once we receive your fee agreement and payment, we will then file a notice of appearance with the court and request for discovery with the prosecutor and contact you with an update. Remember to mark the contested hearing box on the original ticket and send it directly back to the court within 15 days of the issuance date. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call.  Our results are not guaranteed as it would be against the rules or professional conduct to make a statement. We use our best efforts and professional judgment to reach a disposition most favorable to our clients. Our clients are responsible for paying any remaining court fees, fines, or deferred finding costs remaining after the hearing. Thank you.

**You will receive a court outcome letter from my office via either phone, email, or mail within 3 days of your court hearing (for infractions only).  It is your responsibility to update us with your contact information.  If for some reason, you don’t receive an outcome letter 3 days after your court hearing, then you must follow-up and call our office immediately.**
